Elegance Riccione was inaugurated in 2022, exactly 100 years after the independence of the city, an event as important as it is significant for the people of Riccione and beyond. Hence the idea of dedicating a number to the 9 apartments of Elegance Riccione to commemorate a significant date for the city:

1880 – The year in which Count Martinelli designs and implements a regulatory plan on the areas he purchased between the railway and the sea, the Rio Melo river and viale C. Battisti
1891 – The year in which Maria Ceccarini (born Mary Boorman Wheeler, New York 1839 – Riccione 1903) inaugurates the kindergarten, located in the “old town”
